Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. If you're passionate about crafting compelling content, building brand awareness, and driving engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to meet our marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and stay updated on industry best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Foster and maintain a strong online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging social platforms and technologies, integrating them into our strategy where appropriate.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns when necessary.
- Manage and coordinate social media marketing events and contests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the mortgage and financial sectors
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, audience targeting, and brand building.
- Adept at analyzing social media data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A deep passion for staying current with the ever-evolving social media landscape.
- Bilingual (French, English).
